It is my Dharma (my purpose) to inspire people to connect with body, empower themselves through Pranayama (breath control) and Asana (postures) to positively affect themselves and the people around them. I believe that we all have the power to change the world, one loving thought or feeling at a time. We must distract ourselves from chatter of the mind and into the present moment to impact those around us and our environment in a positive way. 1,200 hours of teaching yoga, meditation, and breath work for studios, gyms, non-profits, and my curated yoga retreats around the world, I am blessed. Teaching yoga has taught me more about this world and myself than I could have ever imagined...
